· Interfaces with senior leadership to establish policies and performance objectives for all programs, and assess strategic and tactical plans
· Sets direction and makes operational and managerial decisions on projects

· Analyzes and drives definition of ambiguous scope with cross functional stakeholders
· Coordinate marketing, sales, customer loyalty and communication
· Support work intake and prioritization process as scope is defined
· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple Business channels and customer touch points.
· Scope includes requirements and experience development for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support
· Support business and IT groups as needed when issues or requests for action arise, including operational issues
· Drive efficiency in deliverables by recommending and implementing change to process in order to save time but ensure integrity and quality of the delivery of initiatives
· Ability to drive strategy based on industry/internal intelligence and ambiguous requirements to help make important business decisions on behalf of the customer experience
· Establish direction by partnering with project stakeholders to facilitate, define and document Business Requirements and Business Use Cases on behalf of the end to end customer experience for multiple high visibility projects simultaneously to support AT&T Mobility ABS Customers
· Work with a wide spectrum of Business stakeholders to benchmark best practices, identify gaps, and develop tactical and strategic plans to drive implementation, communication and product realization
· This incorporates using innovative approaches to better serve the customer as well as improve processes
Converse to traditional IT project managers, working as an AT&T Senior Business Project Manager you will deal daily with senior leadership to establish policies, strategic plans and performance objectives for programs. You will have insight to analyze and define scope with cross functional stakeholders. The scope and magnitude of this role includes developing requirements for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support. In this role you will engage multiple organizations/functions on business strategies and functional/business architectures. Your focus in this position is assessing and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives. This includes detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, gap analysis, methodology, SDLC, coordination within all IT functions, on-going expense tracking and actual vs. budget analysis. As the Senior Business Project Manager, End-to-End Customer Experience, you may be involved in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.

  • Previous Consumer Packaged Goods experience highly desired

Main Areas of Responsibility:


  • Following through with execution of all details of marketing programs:

  • Managing creative process including: naming product, copy for products, packaging, promotions, and collateral materials; copy approval; submission and follow up with Legal department; mechanical approval.

  • Coordinating consumer and product research.

  • Ability to keep abreast of timetables for all product launches and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely fashion.

  • Assisting in the development and execution of business plans to ensure continued growth of category, including:

  • Brand strategy (including pricing, promotion, etc), positioning, and assortment

  • Media Strategies

  • Assessment of the competitive environment

  • Advertising development and collateral support for all worldwide markets

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA degree in Marketing preferred

  • Minimum of four (4) years in marketing management and fragrance development

  • Previous Consumer Packaged Goods experience highly desired

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good understanding of P & L fundamentals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working on cross functional teams.

Additional Responsibilities
· Work with product teams to determine design needs and how to meet them. Assess and understand the business intent, technologies, and competitive markets.
· Ensure design engagements are executed on time and at a high standard. Proactively obtain feedback and information to drive design engagements and decisions.
· Provide art and creative direction to internal and external design resources. Present design direction and work to stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.
· Help manage and create design artifacts including high fidelity mockups, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, style guides, redlines, flowcharts.
· Champion and communicate user experience and design best practices to stakeholders and throughout the organization. Bring design thinking to projects and be the voice of leading and current design practices in the product design process.
· Effectively communicate user experience and design options to teams using design tools, design thinking, visual communications, and narrative vision.
· Be passionate about brands, marketing, and how they are expressed through digital products and experiences.
Required Qualifications
· 2-4 years experience in a creative lead role in web, interactive, or mobile design. A passion for storytelling, and guiding the work of creative teams.
· 4+ years experience as a visual designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role. Must show a portfolio that demonstrates superior visual/directional skills along with your process and thinking.
· Excellent understanding of agency creative process, design process, and project management for design engagements. Familiarity with design process and workflow.
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, Familiarity with usability research methods.
· Mastery of design and production tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, and Flash.
· Understanding of technologies used to build web-based solutions (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.)
· Attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to juggle multiple projects and thinking across different products..
· Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

· 3+ years experience in mobile product development or application design
