· Interfaces with senior leadership to establish policies and performance objectives for all programs, and assess strategic and tactical plans
· Sets direction and makes operational and managerial decisions on projects
· Facilitation and documentation of Business Requirements and Use Case management
· Analyzes and drives definition of ambiguous scope with cross functional stakeholders
· Coordinate marketing, sales, customer loyalty and communication
· Support work intake and prioritization process as scope is defined
· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple Business channels and customer touch points.
· Scope includes requirements and experience development for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support
· Support business and IT groups as needed when issues or requests for action arise, including operational issues
· Drive efficiency in deliverables by recommending and implementing change to process in order to save time but ensure integrity and quality of the delivery of initiatives
· Ability to drive strategy based on industry/internal intelligence and ambiguous requirements to help make important business decisions on behalf of the customer experience
· Establish direction by partnering with project stakeholders to facilitate, define and document Business Requirements and Business Use Cases on behalf of the end to end customer experience for multiple high visibility projects simultaneously to support AT&T Mobility ABS Customers
· Work with a wide spectrum of Business stakeholders to benchmark best practices, identify gaps, and develop tactical and strategic plans to drive implementation, communication and product realization
· This incorporates using innovative approaches to better serve the customer as well as improve processes
Converse to traditional IT project managers, working as an AT&T Senior Business Project Manager you will deal daily with senior leadership to establish policies, strategic plans and performance objectives for programs. You will have insight to analyze and define scope with cross functional stakeholders. The scope and magnitude of this role includes developing requirements for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support. In this role you will engage multiple organizations/functions on business strategies and functional/business architectures. Your focus in this position is assessing and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives. This includes detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, gap analysis, methodology, SDLC, coordination within all IT functions, on-going expense tracking and actual vs. budget analysis. As the Senior Business Project Manager, End-to-End Customer Experience, you may be involved in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years related Business Project Management experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional efforts
- Strong business acumen with solid IT exposure
- Must understand and have knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- End-to-end Customer Experience Definition/Strategy
- Successful Gap Analysis Experience
- Proficiency of business tools i.e. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Visio
- Strong background in planning, implementing and managing change
- Strong Analytical Ability
- Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
- Experience in providing presentations to Senior Management
Desired Qualifications:
· MBA
· Telecom Wireless industry experience
· PMP Certified
