Job Description:
Candidate will be in charge of curriculum implementation, co-ordination of trainings and management of facilities at the Samsung Electronics Engineering Academy. He/she will be:
Develop technical training curriculum (for theory and practical sessions) for all levels of learners including but not limited to:
1) Technical Education School Students (Years 1, 2,3)
2) Junior Secondary School
3) Other Electronics Engineering Students
Manage daily/weekly training schedule and activities for the academy
Implement daily/weekly training for academy learners as defined in their curriculum
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position is expected to have a minimum of a B Tech in a Technological or numerate discipline (Electrical Electronics, Engineering or Pure Sciences background preferably)
He/she must be between ages 30-40 years with minimum of 5 years post NYSC work experience as a lecturer/instructor (preferably in an Engineering environment)
Process and professional competencies
Customer service mindset, technical background, project management skills, good training and mentoring skills plus ability to influence.
Understand overall Samsung Service vision and ability to translate it to others, ability to work in a team and as a self starter.

JOB POSITION: Logistics Manager
The candidate will be responsible for Warehousing, Production Planning, Haulage, Primary and Secondary Distribution and key support for the sales and operation planning process. DUTIES /ROLES:
Ensure proper monitoring of storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure efficient management and monitoring of distribution vehicles throughout the entire distribution chain.
Efficient and effective management of all company warehouses.
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information system.
Develop the business as needed by analysing logistical problems and developing new solutions
Analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
Ensure proper and efficient production planning to meet company production and sales requirements.
Build strategic alliances with service providers with a view to refocusing internally on core competencies to enhance resource utilisation.
Monitor the quality, cost, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate must:
Have a first degree in Social Sciences.
Possess 5 years logistics experience in FMCG industry.
Have a good knowledge of competitor and market dynamics.
Be computer literate (MS Office)
Be good at Supply Chain Analysis
Possess negotiation skills
Have a good knowledge of Fleet and Route Management.
Possess strategic thinking skills.
Have the ability to implement systems
Be a team player
