JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidates must not be older than thirty (30) years as at 30th June 2012 and should possess the following:
Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects obtained at one sitting.
NYSC Discharge Certificate
Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) University Degree, in any of the listed courses
Microbiology
Biochemistry
Chemical Engineering
Industrial Chemistry
Chemistry
Food Science and Technology
A Master’s degree in a related field though not compulsory will be an advantage
Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria
Personal initiative and drive.
JOB POSITION 3: Trainee Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Trainee Engineer position is targeted at inexperienced young Engineers who are desirous of an Engineering career in a conducive manufacturing environment with best-in-class systems and processes.
After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a residential modular training programme involving formal training and experiential attachments for 12 months. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for appointment as Shift Packaging Manager in any one of our Breweries.

JOB POSITION  NO 1:
 Senior Drilling Engineer
Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any Engineering degree (minimum of second class upper degree). A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum ten (10) years cognate experience and knowledge in well planning and design for drilling and work over operations (onshore and offshore/deepwater environments) with adequate exposure to well site drilling operations.
Training and certification in IWCF/Well Control will be an added advantage.
Must be proficient in the use of applicable software
Must not be over 35 years of age
JOB POSITION NO 2:
Senior Completions Engineer
Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any Engineering degree (minimum of second class upper degree). A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum eight (8) years cognate experience and knowledge in well completions design and execution (onshore and offshore/deepwater environments) using available technology tools.
Must be proficient in the use of applicable software
Must not be over 35 years of age
JOB POSITION NO 3: 
Drilling Supervisor
Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any Engineering degree (minimum of second class upper degree). A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in the oil industry and eight (8) years’ continuous experience in a Drilling Supervision position with a good Operator(s) track record
Cognate experience and knowledge of supervision of drilling and work over operations on land, swamp, shallow and deep water offshore environments, including supervising service providers, organising and controlling logistics within the operations area, endorsing service tickets, monitoring well cost and submitting a daily work cost trail.
Must have training and certification in IWCF/Well Control
Must be proficient in the use of applicable software
Must not be over 45 years of age
JOB POSITION NO 4: 
Cost Accountants
Candidates will be responsible for estimating and managing well construction costs and producing easily understood daily/weekly/monthly reports
Minimum ten (10) years post-ICAN Final Certificate experience
Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in a reputable audit firm or in the Finance department of oil companies
Must have cognate experience and sufficient knowledge in the following
Designing and maintaining accounting and budgetary control systems as well as statutory books of accounts
Collating, processing and posting of all approved invoices, payment vouchers and transaction journals
Preparation of Financial Statements and relevant schedules to Management Accounts
Maintaining process flow of all financial instruments from the Corporate Head Office
Preparation of periodic budgets of companies and monitoring the performance of budgets through variance reporting and certification of all vouchers for accounting entries
Preparation of Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) documentation
Hands-on experience in well costs
Must be proficient in the use of accounting software
Must not be over 30 years of age

SUMMARY
The OD Analyst works within the Human Resource Shared Services Center, and primarily assists in the design, development, and roll-out of organizational development programs and initiatives. He/she provides support in the areas of assessment of critical business needs and design and implementation of interventions to enhance the effectiveness of employee,teams, functions and the entire group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
?Assists in the design, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation training programs that support organization objectives and are aligned with the organizations’ business plan.
?Coordinate and assist with facilitating training and learning intervention programs for the company
?Provide assistance with the development training manuals, guides, appropriate instructional methods and evaluation procedures
?Develop and maintain external network of credible learning & development providers
?Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
?Assist with the evaluation of instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
?Prepare reports relating to the OD function for the Group
?Assist with the facilitation, planning, and coordination of various HR initiatives
?Serves on multi-jurisdictional/disciplinary committees in designing new or amending current programs and creating or promoting innovative solutions.management)
?Develop self, and maintains knowledge of the various Oando businesses, and current trends in Human Resource and Change Management functions.
?Keep abreast of cutting edge research, programs and practices for employee development and retention
?Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
?1st degree in any discipline
?At least 2 years of HR experience (Organizational Development or Training Facilitation preferred) within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably a multinational corporation within the Oil & Gas industry
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
