Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) is the pioneer and leader of the petroleum industry in Nigeria. The company’s operations are concentrated in the Niger Delta and adjoining shallow offshore areas where it operates in an oil mining lease area of around 31,000 square kilometers.

We re currently looking to recruit Geoscientists for our Lagos business.
Responsibilities:
- HSSE awareness towards personal,team safety and Goal zero.
- Generation and maturation of prospects with geologic and 2D/3D seismic interpretation data to approved Well Proposal,then through the Well Delivery Process,Execution and Post Drill evaluation.
- Play analysis and prosecution of new plays through robust regional evaluation.
- Preparation of auditable volumes and risking for leads and prospects according to Shell methodology.
- Preparation of Non Technical Risk plans for the opportunity under evaluation.
- Jointly with the Team Lead,prepare and follow through all internal and external stakeholder plans.
