Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing the Customer Service
function within the NG Supply chain organization to serve both
existing and prospective customers while facilitating efficient
provision of the highest levels of customer service and making the
company as a supplier of choice.
• To maintain all customers orders related documentation –sales
orders, delivery schedules, payments, invoices and statement of
accounts.
• To manage follow up communication to customers via various medium,
regarding orders, payments, account reconciliations, customer
complaints and other requests.
• To work very closely with the Sales/Commercial department in
fulfilling generated demand in private, key and public institutions
channels of trade.
• To work close with 3PL logistics service providers especially in
transportation of products.
• To ensure a well planned and executed customer service processes in
the Nigeria operations in adherence to group's practices and KPIs.
• To ensure all customer services queries and requests are resolved
within agreed standards with our business partners.
Education & Requirements:
• Ordinary National Diploma [or Equivalent professional trainings] in
Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of
study
• Possess minimum of three (3) years demonstrable working experience
in similar position or organization.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for
a demanding and customer focused working environment. Also good team
players with impressive interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively
with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure with
limited supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
• Possess at least intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office
suite package, SAP experience will also be an advantage

Responsibilities
• Recruit and Train and Supervise Direct Sales Agents
• Supervise sales of insurance products from all recruited Direct
Sales Agents (DSAs).
• Monitor Direct Sales Agents' liaison with customers.
• Identify appropriate product mix for DSAs
• Maintain relationship with existing customers
• Manage and maintain weekly, monthly and all required sales reports
• Manage development plans for DSAs e.g. coaching
Requirements
• A 1st degree or HND in any discipline
• At least 3-5 years work experience of which 2 must have been spent
in a leadership sales role.
• Proven history of generating revenue
• A good track record of managing teams
• Good relationship management skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and 'people skills'
Remuneration
Annual package is N856,689.58 plus Commission

Electronic PayPlus Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: IT Head and Projects

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
• Plans and manages the IT environment.
• Directs solutions to functional and technical problems.
• Researches, selects, implements and maintains IT solutions,
integrated with a variety of data sources.
• Ensure software integration into company systems meets functional
requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
• Coordinate all operations activity including integration of systems
and roll out, enhance helpdesk,
• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions
and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
• Implements network security for the organisation
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's

• Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to Information technology projects.
• Develop and update plans for information technology projects
including information such as project objectives, technology, systems,
and information specifications.
• Develop, assess and select proper strategy for all IT Projects.
• Control and monitor project scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Risks.
• Annul maintenance and set-up of clients.
Qualification/Experience:
• B.Sc. Computer Science or Electronic & Electrical Engineering or
relevant IT Facility Management degree.
• M.Sc. MIS (Management Information System) is an additional advantage
• 3 or more of the following Certification MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP,
CCNA, CCNP,ITIL, MCTS, OCA, etc.
• Other technical certification such as: Prince2, PMP, ITIL Foundation
Certified (a plus)
• At least 7yrs of cognate experience, post NYSC in similar role, in
Information Technology, Microsoft applications and/or physical
infrastructure.
• Extensive Knowledge of Computing or Networking hardware & software.
• Deep Networking Skills (LAN & WAN)
• IT strategy development, Change Management and Incident/Problem
Management experience.
• Strong knowledge in SLAs, System & Software Quality Assurance and
Best Practices & Methodologies.
• Visionary, innovative and lT smart individual who must have
performed a similar job function in a commercially oriented
organization.
• A higher degree MBA/MSC is an advantage
