  Job Description:
  Selling their full range of Roofing products to dealers Architects and
 Specifiers on a project led basis with Main Contractors and Installers 
on “New Build” projects Person: Must have sold Building products 
Architects and Specifiers on “New Build” projects.
  Responsibilities
- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products.
 - Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the customers (Dealers) and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products.
 - Ensure sales target attained within the budget and deliver effective service to the customers.
 - Ensure the agreed sales/ marketing strategies and credit policies are effectively implemented.
 - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
 - Work on both outside and inside sales, utilizing consistent follow-up with existing
 - customers as well as developing new business prospects.
 - Develop new accounts within assigned territory
 - Market intelligence – Collecting information on up-coming projects in the country with the aim of turning them into good business prospects for the company.
 - Providing support to the customer on technical enquiries and mapping customer requirements
