Minimum Requirements
The following are minimum requirements to be eligible for the Young Professionals Program.

Be 32 years of age or youngerHave a Master degree or equivalentBe fluent in EnglishBe fully proficient in one or more of the Bank working languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, and SpanishSpecialize in a field relevant to the World Banks operations such as economics, finance, education, public health, social sciences, engineering, urban planning, and natural resource managementHave at least 3 years of relevant experience at the policy level or continued academic study at the doctoral level.
Additional Qualifications
In order to be competitive for the limited number of positions, a combination of the following credentials is highly desirable:

NB that the Young Professionals Program does not recruit individuals with degrees in disciplines such as: Computer Science, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Law and Linguistics unless they are combined with other relevant degrees that are listed above.

Responsibility

 IT Service Management & Administration
Reports To: Manager-IT Service Management
Job :
Assist in defining Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) guidelines and operating procedures in order to improve quality of data (standards)
Populate the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Review and perform CMDB changes from RFC (Request for Change) requirements
Analyze configuration item data and relationships; identify data inconsistencies or anomalies and report on data discrepancies
Work with data owner to correct discrepancies in order to ensure that the CMDB provides accurate and up-to-date information always
Conduct physical inventories and audits of configuration management activities
Reconcile configuration items from other trusted data sources into the CMDB
Document receipt, identification, storage and withdrawal of all configuration items in the CMDB
Ensure regular snapshots and Configuration Baselines are taken and protected
Assist in job scheduling, data analysis and CMDB data synchronization of HP BTO tool
Develop scheduled and ad-hoc reports in support of Asset and Change Management processes through BTO SM Analytics
Recommend remedial action as and when necessary
Requirements:
First degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline
Postgraduate/ professional qualifications in related fields/ disciplines will be an added advantage
Relevant certifications, e.g ITIL v2 and/ or v3 will be an added advantage
Experience:
Between two (2) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience within a technology environment focussed on infrastructure, networking and telecommunications
