 Field Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nationwide

Job Requirement

• Perform Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Switch and Access equipment
• Coordinating with other departments for rollout, capacity, quality and operational issues
• Coordinating with customer for operational issues
• Customer complaint handling and resolution 
• Taking actions on WO/TT
• Manage spares, tools and equipments
• Provide periodic updates on network maintenance

Technical Skills

• Sound Knowledge of GSM, CDMA and SDH, PDH, Fiber Transport Technologies
• Demonstrated Technical and management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
• Experience in Operation and Maintenance function of mobile Network
• Familiarity with Huawei and ZTE products a plus

Qualification and Experience

• An Engineering/Physical Science degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in Telecom, Majority of which in O & M function
• Other Professional Certification/Affiliation

Ability to work day, evening or night shifts and holidays as required

Good verbal and written communication skills
