THE JOB:
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s positioning, marketing strategy and sales performance. The General Manager will report to the MD/CEO.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will expected to oversee the execution of the company’s marketing strategy, drive the vision of the company whole motivating team members to achieve set targets within an established framework.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Uiversity degree with minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing; of which 5 years would have been in a leadership position in the healthcare industry
He/she must be able to demonstrate strong skills in strategy formulation, execution of marketing plans, leadership and communication.
