Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will have total responsibility for the day-to­day running of the organisation and its staff.
* You will act as an ambassador for the organisation and engage with relevant stakeholders in line with the core aims of the organisation.
* Other key responsibilities will include organising trainings, seminars, conferences etc.
* You will identify’ and develop relationships with donors hot individual and corporate.
* Degree-qualified, you must have extensive experience working in major NGOs and have a proven track record of delivering successful training programs and raising funds. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for excellence are essential. Socially confident, you will need outstanding leadership capabilities with proven track record of delivering on complex, wide ranging programs.
Position: Finance and Administrative Manager
* Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the organisation’s financial direction and management.
* A key element of your mandate is the delivery of necessary financial information to the Board. You will maintain subsidiary books, prepare final accounts, generate reports, prepare and manage budget and maintain an effective internal cost control system. You will also maintain an effective administrative system.
* Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 8 years’ post qualification requisite experience. You must have strong leadership skills, high levels of personal energy and the credibility to operate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
