Materials Requirement Planning
1. Manage and review daily materials requirement plans and ensure that the procurement documents generated are supportive of:
- Accurate specification
2. Maintain analytical determination methods for stock levels, derived from usage histories, criticality and predictability
4. Ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials through effective process management and expediting, whilst keeping the internal customer informed of any deviations in supply through effective communication channels with Procurement.
5. Actively participate in all long-term agreement negotiations with Group Procurement and prospective preferred approved vendors in support of optimised inventory expectations and reduced lead times.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Graduate calibre with experience in lead time management and demand predictability. (Supply Chain graduate is preferable)
· 3-4 years’ experience in a Brewery or FMCG manufacturing environment in an active planning and/or forecasting role
· Sound technical knowledge of equipment and related spare parts
· Proficient in the use of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
· Good understanding of the fundamental principles of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and its application in a manufacturing industry.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills and able to influence a maintenance culture positively towards the site vision.
· Individual is computer literate, numerate and skilled in the normal business software tools of the modern working environment.

Straddled communication and/or relationship with Engineering or Procurement
Inconsistent Vendor Performance
